Sound is fine with everything else. My daughter has to reboot her TV after watching an episode on Netflix to get sound for the next episode. No issues with Prime, Disney Plus etc.

My wife is getting the issue only in "The woman in the house across the street from the girl in the window". She starts another series ("Gray's Anatomy") and when she hears sound, goes back to "The woman....." and all is OK until the next episode.
Same here in Brazil, with the same show (edit the woman...across the street) happen also with other content randomly. Samsung UHD

Having the same issue. Netflix support is so bad. Going back to main screen and back to the episode solves it for me.
Panasonic in the UK, accessing via Sky app. Same thing also happening on Paramout+, accessed in the same way.
