Has anyone been able to pair a Bluetooth keyboard to it?

I connect mine with usb dongle
using an OTG cable? there's no USB port on the Onn
Just tried an IOGear GKM611B-works fine.
I don't think Onn and Rii play well together. I have a Rii i4, its arrow, home/back, and touchpad used to work with my Onn Android TV 4K box. The letter/number keys never worked. Then I saw Riitek released a firmware update for my i4. I heard Android phones had a similar issue and the new firmware supposedly fixes that. The updater requires an old Android, so I had to load it up on an old LG G2. After updating my keyboard, it did seem to fully work when connected to an Android phone. However, now it will pair with the Onn, but does not work at all. No buttons do anything whatsoever.
About to give up and either buy a different keyboard for it, or get a USB cable so I can plug in its dongle in the hopes that will work.
I paired a Logitech, I think it was the K480. Will look when I get home.
