Best Android 11 TV device not made in China?

Looking for an Android 11 [Google Certified] TV device not made in China - Shield looks good, but read it doesn't even come with IR or a proper cable, which adds even more bucks to the already-$200 device ... eh...

What else is good out there? $100~150 feels ideal. Must support the usual high end goodies: 4k, hdr, netflix, hulu, amazon prime, plex (as a client).

Must be able to download ExpressVPN from the Play Store (I read that some don't, for some reason). Must be able to use no matter where I am (I travel; eg, no weird geo restrictions that a VPN wouldn't resolve).

If you're in the US then go to Walmart and grab an Onn box (not stick). Just as powerful as Chromecast with Google TV but 1/3rd the price.

You really don't already have HDMI cables? Lol. Yes the Shield remote has IR to control power and volume on your TV and AVR. But you don't have to spend anywhere near $100 for what you mentioned. Chromecast with Google TV, Onn UHD are the two best budget device and easiest to find . Not made in China is a bit taller order. I assume all this stuff is made in China.

There’s also the Xiaomi Mi TV Stick 4k. Unfortunately, it’s chinese, but is does have AV1 decoding which the Chromecast with Google TV does not, and has Android 11. The Chromecast with Google TV only has Android 10.

If you live in USA, the closest alternative to Xiaomi 4K Stick is the T-MOBILE Tvision Hub streamer, it has Android 11 with the GoogleTV interference instead of the AndroidTV interference which the Xiaomi products have.

Is there a particular reason you need Android 11? There is No real benefit in basic features versus Android 9 or Android 10 when it comes to just being a media streamer.
