Try rebooting it by holding the power button on the remote for 5-10 seconds
Started getting this too about 2 days ago. Have you managed to fix it? It seems like a problem that popped up in the last few days - not sure if there was maybe an update or something.
is anyone else getting too? not sure if its a virus or an update. The box does not go away and remains in front of whatever is being diaplayed on tv.
