Maybe try signing out of your google account and signing back in? Clear the cache of the Google TV (launcher) app?
the thing that i would try is to reinstall the OS from zero with a clean install, but honestly i don't even know if it's possible, i'll search and i'll update if i find something

Your wishlist is available from the Google TV app. What happens when you load the app on another device to see what this title might be? You'll have to be logged in to the same account as on the TV.
If it is coming back after resetting the device it is probably being restored from the backup. I would try changing the backup settings for the device before a reset to delete the backup.
Maybe a placeholder? Or bad programming where it's trying to display n+1 items when it should be just n?
It is attached to you Google account and is using the restore option by default . Try to delete the backup first then use your Chromecast.
