Using STN Beta (Smart Tube) and it seems like there is an update every day some times multiple times a day. Is this weird to anyone else?

Not weird, but if you want less updates you can switch to stable. Both work great

I had the same problem too. Just switch to STN Stable. It's a good thing that the developers are working on it consistently.
