Has something changed, an update maybe? For about a week now, every time I turn on the TV my CC W/ GoogleTV asks me to choose an account. It only lets you have one account, what exactly am I going to choose?!?!?!? Is there a way to disable this question?
You can add more than one account to your CCwGTV, but the recommendations will be based on the main account.
In your case, you have only one account added to the device, but it's still asking to choose an account?
I would love to know this. I don't want to create a Kids account. It's a completely unnecessary step.
Mine pops up to ask whenever I use YouTube. Google made me create a second "channel" when Google Play Music got moved to YouTube Music. And then it was incredibly annoying to have to switch back and forth so I just watch videos using the new channel too.
But whenever I cast to the TV it still makes me pick even though I've only ever picked the same one.
I'm really hoping they'll add the accounts function soon!
