I added HBOMax to our basement CwGTV and the paired BT headphones work fine with YYTV and Netflix but not HBOMax. Just no sound. I restarted the CwGTV but still the same result. Any ideas what could cause this and how do I fix it?

After finding out there's no sound when watching HBO Max, did you immediately open Netflix and check if audio still working?
This is a common issue, turn off surround sound in settings ->Display & Sound
