Sideloaded an APK to my Android TV right now. I have installed it but unfortunately it's not opening, compatibility issues maybe but is there any solution for this or if the app isn't compatible, that's just it?

Normally yes, but there are usually multiple versions of an apk. Like x86 64bit, a7, ect. Download different ones or Google the correct one for your device. If non are available then yup, out of luck.
Make sure you've sideloaded the Android TV version of the app, and the architecture is armv7a/armeabi
Also in the future if you want help, put in the device your using example, Chromecast with Google tv, Nvidia shield, fire stick, tv with built in Android ect and the app your trying to install. Without those you will get less help from knowledgeable people.
