Today I connected my Mi Soundbar to Mi TV Box S by Bluetooth but sound is crippled and not able to output sound normal, I can't figure out what is wrong with which device. Can anyone help please ?

I use Bluetooth on mine almost daily. I used to use mine in a bedroom and had it 24/7 paired to a Google speaker as the sound source. Never had an issue. Move it to another room if it's not inconvenient and make sure that there's no weird interference going on in your room
Hmm if I had to guess, the soundbar when no audio is connected, it might reset to a default volume (like to 50% volume). Not sure tho.
That could be very much caused by an interference
Is your router new, or have you change any setting?
Sometime wifi interferes with bluetooth
