I had to clear the cache of the Google TV app before it showed up for me, so try that.
I was wondering this too.
Probably have to wait for it to roll out to everybody that wans it. Everything is a roll out these days.
Update the "Google TV Home" app on the Playstore of CCWGTV. Also for me when i connect with New York or Washington vpn, then i see the live tab, on other cities i dont see it
