Philips 43PUS7303/12 software downgrade?

My tv suddenly started to have pixelated menu, freezing on each step. I've installed update s hoping it's gonna save the problem. After that I've done hard factory reset twice but it still not working properly.

  1. What are my options? It's obvious a software problem but the factory reset kept the latest updates. Should I try reinstall latest update by USB?(because it says updates up to date). Should I try to downgrade?

  2. How could I still use it to cast without letting it use tv apps. Because basic yt, Netflix are freezing.

For Philips TV's the main source of information and firmware is Toengel . Maybe you can check there?

For Philips TVs (I have one), the main option is to never use the crappy onboard software. Go buy a Chromecast With Google TV, or something better, and hide the Philips remote.
