Nest mini can't find TV with Chromecast built in

Hi All, another day another problem with Nest mini and Android tv connections, ugh seems like everyday something breaks. Now all of a sudden my nest mini can't turn the tv on or off or find it. I was able to to do that and have it open apps and now nothing works though it. Interestingly Google assistant on my phone has no problems connecting to the tv. I restarted both the nest mini and tv with no luck. This was working just a day or 2 ago. Any ideas???

Well now it can't recognize my TV at all. It's available in Google home but under assistant settings devices it can't see it

Has your tv had an update? Go into tv settings, see that “ cast to wake “ or something like that is enabled. Check google assistant settings in the tv options, check your google account is linked, etc. That’s where I would start
