I feel like they're the same n can't notice a difference... but there'll always be that one person who swears one is better than the other. if so I don't think it's noticable enough... jus glad they handle their UI's better than most manufacturers. still rather use a separate device tho... that I do notice a huge difference on.
I've got a 65" A80J and am perfectly happy with it.
Android experience will be the same.
Build quality on the A90J is better and the heatsink on it allow the panel to be driven at a brighter luminance than the A80J.
