Yep. It happens after an ad/promo plays. On American Dad the screen is dim after the TBS bumper.
So glad I'm not crazy! It happens between episodes for me. I have to pause and play to make it normal again. Glad it isn't my tv!

Me too. I called Hulu and they don't seem to know. I deleted cache, data, and uninstalled abd reinstalled the app. So annoying
