I got this TV box few days ago and now it's having black screen comes every 5 minutes, is something wrong with it ? any one had the same issue?

I would try a different HDMI cable just in case Is it certain apps or certain stream qualities?
Its probably your hdmi cable, especially if you are using HDMI. Are you using the cable that came with it?
Onn uses roku. What external device you using on it?
Check for updates, there was one as recent as last few days. I've been stable since Sept update
