I have a Philips Android TV and I'm not sure where to post this question so I thought I might try here. The only button that is currently working on my remote is the Google assistant button. All the other buttons will make the remote's light flash but nothing happens on the TV. I cannot find anything online that is helpful. I've tried replacing the batteries, as well. Any ideas?
I had this exact problem myself After testing to see if the IR transmitter worked, I saw that it didn't Took apart the remote and found one of the leads to the IR diode had broken
Soldered the lead back together and she works like a champ
