Ethernet is only 100 Mbit but it streams 4k perfect.
Make sure you connect the power (USB-C) after the Ethernet cable (or after a modem reset, you need to unplug and replug the power) otherwise the hub doesn't establish a Ethernet connection.
I've used this UGREEN adapter with a Mi Box S, FireTV Stick and TiVo Stream 4K all without issues.
Of course you Ethernet speed will be limited by the USB connection type on the Google device. The fastest I could get out of any of my devices is about 125Mbps because the USB connection was 2.0 on the device itself.
