If that's the discover UI go to the far left of each channel. You will get directional arrow and a minus sign that will let you remove it.If it's Google TV your're stuck with their organization.
I think the home screen adds each new channel to the bottom of the list.
So you might be able to go to the bottom of the home page and open the settings for what services show up, then turn off everything except what you want on the first row, and turn things back on in the order you want them.
