YouTube not playing videos

I use Google Tv with Remote

I can play a video and it's just the thumbnail on the screen. The audio works fine. The video just doesn't show up. when I play the video on my phone it works and then when I cast it the video doesn't show on the tv(just the thumbnail)

My daughter is on the verge of lying down. HELP!

Try reboot the device. Try force close YouTube. Try delete YouTube storage. Try to delete you and reinstall.

Also having this same problem lately. Force closing YT app sometimes works. Usually I have to reboot. Really annoying
