I had HBO Nordic before. Everything worked well but when they released HBO Max I had to uninstall the previous app to make it work. Now I can't even find any HBO app in Google play. Whats wrong here?

I had the same problem (apparently everyone does who has an older Philips Android TV here in Finland) and just fixed it. I manually installed the app via USB stick. You need to download HBO Max apk (e.g. from apkmirror) and use File Explorer (or similar) app in Android TV in order to install it.
Inconvienient, but possible.
I'm not familiar with Nordic. Is that for a particular country or region?
