Every time I watch movie on Amazon Prime or zee5 and other ott platforms.. some movies have black strips or we can say a wierd viewing ratio.. Is there any hack or trick to change the Aspect Ratio as per our choice while watching such ott platforms

This is not a weird aspect ratio but called Cinemascope ratio (2.35:1). The TV's that are sold in the market are all 16:9 ratio. It mostly depends on the director in which aspect ratio he wants to release the video, the most popular and recent one is JL by Zack Snyder and he choose to release the movie in 4:3 ratio which was used in the old CRT TV's.
Workaround for this is, your TV may have an option in picture settings to stretch or zoom the image. Most movie enthusiast like to go for a projector for this reason.
