Is there anything in the manual about it? If not then try TCL customer support. Or maybe try and reboot the TV by unplugging it for a bit.
Update: I found a secret menu after some digging about and changed the setting on top to off ..product channel I think it was ..that seems to have sorted it...thanks for the replys 👍
I don't have a TCL tv, but that looks similar to other support/informational screens I've seen. Guessing you triggered it from the options menu by mistake. I have no idea why, but sometimes getting those to close (not saying on TCL tv's just in general) can be problematic. I had an old cable box that you could do that with a mistaken key combo and only way to get out of it was restart the device. I'd try that and move on unless you know for sure it is coming up without any action on your part.
