My CCwGTV likes to move YouTube and prime video to after the fold. Almost seems like it moves them when updating? Or is it a conspiracy to push the awful YouTube music app (tends to land at spot #1)

Yes this happens to me
This happens to me and makes me crazy! It rearranges my favorite apps all the time, I just gave up. I don't know if it's related with having some apps in the SD card.
