my music player doesn't work

i have android box called FPT play box and when i use music app like spotify or soundcould(use APK to download) it just stop playing when i use a web browser .when i use spotify it stop really quickly, and when use soundcloud it stayed longer. while i use the browser i was watching some manga (in site like mangadex) the music player just stop when i changed chapter and i had to press the "next song button" or the pause button to continue the song but after few more time it just stop the music player all together. do anyone know how i can fix this issue pls(sorry for bad grammar)

I'm having trouble looking for specs for it (the website loads really slow on my end).

But chances are it could be running out of RAM? It might be offloading Spotify/Soundcloud as the browser needs more space to load up the new page.

ram might be the issue maybe it was never meant to do multitasking and you forced it to so it offloads the apps, posting the specs or link of the device might solve your problem really quicker.
