Where do I get the Windows Client for 'Send Files to TV'?

Based on positive reviews I downloaded the app onto my Onn. 4K Android box and it launches just fine. I went to download the Windows client from the developer's website and it takes me to SourceForge, which isn't a problem. The problem is that on SourceForge there are two folders, Linux and Mac, and both are empty - there is no Windows folder from which to download the client. I checked the Microsoft store and there's nothing there either.

Am I missing something here? Is this app dead? Is there an easier/better/faster way to transfer files from my PC to the streaming box?

Had this issue recently. I just ended up using the Android app for this.

Just download the file on your Android phone and send the file to tv

sendfilestotv-0.5-windows-x86_64.exe is missing on sourceforge and there is no mirror. I'm beginning to think the dev died. Would be great if anyone has the installer to share.
