Hello!

I'm experiencing an issue on my TCL 50P6US .

I had the TV connected to a soundbar via Optical and now I've removed the soundbar I get no audio/sound from the TV speakers.

I reviewed the manual and trouble-shooted accordingly.

• I've checked it's not muted
• I've raised the sound level high
• I've factory reset and still no sound.
• I've ensured the Android OS is up to date
• If I connect some headphones, I do get sound.

One weird detail, if I follow this walkthrough from TCL, and I get the Advanced Settings in Sound, I don't have all the options - i.e. no digital audio out option.

Any help so so appreciated!
