Cannot add TV to audio groups or edit anymore (same network 2.4ghz even ethernet but says it's on a different network)

First thought my mesh was the issue with 2.4/5ghz

But even when forcing both on 2.4 or going through ethernet or evening changing from my mesh to old router WiFi.

I am unable to edit the name, options or add it to a group and finally I've lost power controls.

But I can cast...
