Hi im New in android tv with an android tv 9 box and i cant sideload minecraft bedrock edition it says app not installed

tbh, I doubt your android box will be powerful enough for Minecraft Also, the Minecraft app that you're downloading can only be used with a touch screen and not with a mouse and keyboard (though, you could use it with a controller). I've had this happen with a few APK's I've downloaded, and usually trying the download again solves it.
