Netflix not running on TCL Smart Android TV

I need serious help with resolving this Netflix issue on my TCL 65C725 TV. This TV runs on Android 11 OS.

Launching Netflix gives the error code ui-800-3 (307006). I have tried all I can without success.

The TV came with Netflix v 8.1.0 build 3808 and I have tried other version ranging from Netflix versions 6 to 8. Versions 6 and 7 are not supported on the TV. Several version 8s give the same error code ui-800-3 (307006). Updates from the Google Play Store does not work either.

What can I do? I have 4 of these TVs and I'm really frustrated.

I had the same problem with my TCL tv i have a lot of problem slow app, and sometimes YouTube and Netflix crashed fkr no reason, the Best solution is to get a tv box and Link it with the tv , i bought the Xiaomi tv box s, way better and faster with optimized ui, it cost around 70$ and solved all my problems with the horrible tcl system

Is this after you updated from android 10 to 11 ?

Perform a factory reset, if that does not work, contact manufacturer for replacement / solution. I have C715 and it works well. C715 and C725 are netflix certified so it should work unless there is some issue with the s/w or ceritifcate.
