Question is not very clear, do you mean *to* or *from* the USB port?
You can always use the USB hub powered by an external power supply, if your concern is power limitation of the USB port on your TV.

Doubtfull, if you need constant power, get one of those double USB cables that is split with one USB connector for power and one USB for data. Just keep the power connected to a USB power block.
