Ugh. came home to my TV on a restart loop. This went on for some time so I attempted to restart to no avail. I unplugged it, waited a while then plugged it back in. It went back to a restart loop. I then continued my troubleshooting to attempt a factory reset. Now my TV won't turn on. Sony won't help because it's 4 years old. I'm stuck. Any help or suggestions would be spectacular!
Try calling Sony again, you may connect with someone more helpful, maybe leave out if you can your the age of your TV.
