I'm logged into netflix, and a few other things, but I keep getting recommendations for things on Disney+, of which I do not have a subscription. It's annoying, so I'm wondering if I can restrict it only to things I have logged in?

that would be too logical.
you can configure what services show up in the Discover section, but the top quarter or whatever of every home screen is still just ads and going to be from whichever services are paying Google to be there.
Mine shows only things I care about..
What you need to understand is they're not recommendations , they're paid ads , and Google will never give up pushing ads down your throat.
Your best option is install a 3rd party launcher.
