Xiaomi Mi TV 4X 43, shuts down everytime instead of standby mode or sleep mode.

I just got my first android tv the Xiaomi Mi TV 4X and whenever on the remote I short press the power button it shuts down complete like it even shoes the android shutting down screen and then when I press the button again to turn it on, it completely starts up from scratch and takes 2-3 mins while doing so.

Is there a way around this or a setting I might've missed? Its really really irritating to wait such a long time just got a tv to turn on.

I’m having the same problem when I’m watching something that is not in one of the apps. For example I’m watching something out of the browser and after 30 min or so it shuts down.

I tried to fix it but no success
