Many user prefer Bluetooth earbuds for tv use , I don't know if other android tv device have 3.5 jack
Xiaomi has Mi Bluetooth audio receiver but it has Bluetooth 4.1
Sorry, I don't know, but you can get standalone small rechargeable bluetooth receivers with 3.5mm plugs, which would let you use non-blutooth headphones with any streaming box that supported bluetooth.
I had an apt-x one that I used to use 5 years ago, which could change between being a transmitter and a receiver. I'm sure there are smaller and better ones now.
