I emailed the manufacturer who said they are not sold at retail and if you lose one you need to contact the retail outlet you bought the box from and let them handle it.
I may walk into a Walmart and escalate to a manager that I was told it's their problem even though I never bought a unit. Ofc if they say bring in the box and we'll replace it I may look stupid, lol.
I absolutely hate the Mecool km6 remote. The dedicated buttons are useless for me as I mostly use Kodi & pluto. There is no way to repurpose the buttons as keyremapper can't detect them.
I bought a Flirc module which let's me repurpose most any of the remotes I already own.
