Does anyone know which IPs/Domains to block in order to block the Disney+ ads on the new homescreen?

This reply on a previous post suggests that you can block the infuriating Disney+ adverts by blocking the domain they're served from on your router/firewall. Unfortunately it doesn't specify what that domain is and I'm damned if I can track it down on Google.

Any ideas on what it is or how to find it?

Hopeful thanks in advance.

Definitely androidtvwatsonfe-pa.googleapis.com . However, once in a while it still seems to load the ads and I can't figure out why. Today I've also added androidtvchannels-pa.googleapis.com to my blacklist as an experiment, and so far, so good.

For what it's worth I've been able to block most things by using pihole - https://pi-hole.net/ - basically run pihole 'somewhere' (on a server, on RPi, on your pc, I imagine you could even run it on your device, e.g. nvidia shield)

When it's started, in the UI (8080 usually) you can blacklist the ad serves.

You can put the servers /u/dberthia mentioned in there, I added a bunch more google and nvidia services just to be sure.

Then tell your android (TV, phone) to use that server as DNS - in the network config.

I'm running over a C-grade Proxybus through the mainframe. No ads here
