How do you export android tv cable recordings?

I have and philips Android tv and recorded a movie from cable tv. Is there a way to get that recording on computer and watch it on multiple devices?

I use xplore which has a wifi server as well as an ftp one.  Is it on a thumb drive or the root drive? I have downloaded many movies like this from my thumb drive. Can't just move the thumb because the format will not work on pc.

I forgot to add once you have it to the pc then use plex to show it where you want. Xplore cost a couple bucks to get pro so the servers will work and it's a bit tricky to  learn but works well once you've used it a bit.
