Roku EXPRESS??? As far as I know, the only Roku with DolbyVision support is the 2020 Roku ULTRA.
I got Dolby Vision on Disney+, on some Pixar movies (Coco and Luca), streaming from a Sony X90J, which has Google TV. I am new to all this home theater stuff and don't know what issue you're referring to, but the TV said it was doing Dolby Vision.
Did you ever figure this out? I'm looking at getting the same Chromecast but worried I'll lose out on 4k with those shows
CCwGTV does support DV on Disney+.
