Walmart ONN 4kuhd device adoptable storage

Question

Would this be possible? I have enabled the developer mode like any other android device, and the option to install to an external drive is there, but is there a way to make it use adoptable external to add drive space as one?

I haven't tried it but the word is external device storage has be disabled by them.

Usually you just plug in and format the drive. You will not be able to read it elsewhere though.

Although I haven't tried it myself yet, you should be able to by using ADB commands. Someone else on this sub was able to get it to work here by following the steps found here.

there is no extra slot for external storages, so it seems not possible, doesn’t it?
