All the Android TV boxes I look up only have 2 USB ports. I'd like 3+ USB ports with at least one USB 3.0. Also 4/64+GB RAM, BT, SD slot, etc.

Probably not going to be any Android TV devices with all that. Some of the generic Android boxes maybe.
Just use a USB hub, then you can get exactly what you need, and you'll have far more choices.
Have you found a good Android tv box with 3+ usb ports?
Shield TV pro has 2 usb ports, then I add a hub that doesn't need extra power. One of the usb3 is for hdd and the other for keyboard or game controller
