Usually thats a refresh rate problem.
I had the same problem and for me it was a problem with the cable.
Don't use bundled MiBox HDMI cable. They are complete shit.
Oh yea, those are garbage. Try swapping the cable or getting a Chromecast
Turn off the auto Frame rate (afr)
i had this issue on tivimate and now is fixed
I have tried turning off the auto resolution in case that might be the reason, but no dice :(

Try a different HDMI input on the tv. Seriously. Same thing has happened to me before.
