I'm just curious as to why you'd want to do this? Seems more trouble then what the Chromecast with Google tv os worth.
Almost impossible. There are unofficial ports available for some chinese boxes using amlogic soc, but they are nowhere near official version in terms of stability and bugfree experience. Android TV/Google TV is not open source and is not distributed freely
