I updated my stick tv and now it just says "Installing System Update" forever. There is a on moving circle, but nothing happens. And I can't do a hard reset.

which update? Which model?
Try this. Turn off the thing, unplug it and let it be unplugged for a few minutes. Then try re-plugging the socket end, then the stick end.
