Help needed, can't watch the football from itv anymore, Philips ambilight 43pus855

Hello, I've been trying to watch the euros from the TV itself,we don't have an aerial or cable service, just internet,

The BBC app loads right up and I can watch the live channel stream from the app perfectly fine. The itv app however doesn't have a live channel stream from the itv hub app, some googling shows they only support live stream on certain TVs.

I managed to find a workaround using TVplayer app, which allows you to watch TV channel streams, admittedly losing some quality, but opened it up to watch the game.today and they've removed itv support from their app, just my luck

Anybody have any ideas or recommendations on how I can watch itv channel streams on my TV?

I have this same issue on my android TV. I don't think it's a problem on a firestick

Get the STV app, use a Scottish postcode. You can cast live tv from the app.

Must be an ITV thing. I have an Android TV box, downloaded the ITV hub from the official Google Play Store but it refuses to work.
