Where are you located exactly?

Most boxes that have voice assistant, do not have always on listening, and you cannot initiate voice commands by saying Hey Google. Instead your microphone only activates when you press a button on your remote.

For those reasons I would not limit your search to boxes without Voice Assistant built in.
