Hi, I'm from Canada but I have access to a VPN and a Hulu account. I have sideloaded the app on both my Chromecast with Google tv and Nvidia shield TV and for some reason the app will install and open but when I go to my apps it's not there. If I go to reinstall it, it will say it's already installed. I got the APK from pureapk. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
It's normal for some sideloaded apps not to appear as an option to add to the native homescreen. Luckily, you have a few options. Most use the Sideload Channel Launcher app, which lets you create a row of sideloaded apps on the homescreen. Others opted to use a different launcher to replace the Android TV homescreen. Another option is to remap one of the buttons on your remote to open Hulu using the Button Mapper app. The Dashboard app can also be used to quickly access all installed apps in one place and can be added to favorite apps row on the homescreen.
