Everytime I click on something it is being read out loud. I've been into universal settings to try to stop this problem, however it didn't work.

Descriptive in accessibility menu needs to be toggled off. It's for the blind
Had this problem with a family member's LG TV, from memory we turned it off in Accessibility menu. There were options to speak/talkback menu items.
