I have a Philco androidTV at home, with both echo and google nest devices, but none can turn it off. Not even with my Google Home app (neither on Pixel nor iPhone) can I turn it off. the Nest Mini also can't.
Is there any way to turn off an AndroidTV with google home/nest?
For Google, using "Hey Google, turn off [TV name in Home app]" works for me.
What is the model of the TV? Are you sure it runs proper Google certified Android TV OS and not a different Android based OS?
