I use Chromecast device groups to stream music to multiple rooms, including my new Chromecast with Google TV. On the CGTV, is there a way to return to the Cast screen that shows you what's playing and allows you to control it?
I can see what's playing on a tile in the sidebar and on a tile in the Google TV launcher, but selecting those tiles does nothing. Launching the Spotify app kills the group cast.
Fwiw, selecting what's playing tile on the sidebar takes me back to casting screen. I'm using CCwGTV.
Tried with spotify and apple music. Both have the same behavior.
Not using device groups though
